Kamala Harris and Donald Trump

The United States will hold its next presidential election on November 5. Several polls show that Kamala and Trump are engaged in intense competition in this race. who is eligible to become the nation's next president and why the electorate chooses them; AFP reveals the thoughts of voters, particularly during election seasons.

Disappointment in Nevada

Leticia Chaparo, a worker from Dyer, Nevada, who is sixty-two years old. He said he still has a lot of doubts about the impending presidential election. His voice was filled with worry, even about the future.

Leticia declared, "I want everyone to have a better life." Because I'm terrified of what will happen to my kids and what the future holds. I'm sad about the younger generation.

Goldfield town veteran stamp dealer Nadia Bikun is dissatisfied with this year's contenders. His goal is that people will begin 'working together'. "I haven't liked any candidates up to this point," he stated. You might have to choose right over wrong in the end. Furthermore, I'm still unsure of who it will be.

Abortion and the high cost of products in Arizona

18-year-old medical student Madeleine Tena has stated unequivocally that Kamala Harris will receive her vote. According to this young Latin American woman, women's rights are a significant concern to her.

"I am concerned about women's rights, especially women's health care," stated Madeline. They have previously attempted to deny us the right to an abortion. What else are they able to remove? What comes next?

"I will vote for Kamala based on what I have seen on social media," Madeleine stated. Orange is superior to Trump, for that reason. He is more intelligent and attractive than Trump. At times, Trump comes out as naive.

Graduate student Whitney Brown similarly echoes Madeleine's voice. The 35-year-old African-American woman stated that her vote will be based on the right to an abortion. He will therefore support Kamala.

"I have two daughters, one is 11 and the other is 13," Whitney stated. When they grow up, I want them to have only their own rights.

Conversely, Drew Roby, a health science student, stated that he would most likely vote for Trump and voiced his concerns about the high cost of things. He is wary of some of the previous president's hard-line supporters, though."This is my first time voting," declared the 21-year-old African-American woman. However, I lack motivation.

"I'll probably go to Trump," Andrew Drew remarked. Because I've been watching the country's progress for four years. In actuality, the state of the nation was better under Trump than it is today.

"Now life has become very expensive," Drew's statement continued. After paying for groceries, petrol, and rent, nothing is left over. I'm concerned about the nation's growing prejudice and hatred.

This young woman also said, "I have to choose between Kamala or Trump." I therefore back Trump's policies. Some fervent Trump fans, meanwhile, might take this notion too far.

Immigration to Michigan

Brenda Adams lives in the Michigan town of Sterling Heights. The 53-year-old woman works part-time in a bakery and is employed at a hospital. This woman, who switched from the Democratic Party to the Republican one four years ago, will cast her ballot for Trump.

Brenda stated, "There's a lot to do to deal with border patrol and inflation." In the past four years, not much has changed. Things are becoming worse every day. Therefore, perhaps we can change something this year. We hope that everything will become more affordable, including groceries, food, and gas.

'Do What's Right' in North Carolina

The little community of Swannanoa is encircled by mountains. The latest hurricane caused significant damage to the city. There, 60-year-old resident Shelley Hughes expressed some skepticism about Trump. Nevertheless, he has decided to support him.

He's done a lot of things (aggressively) in the past that I don't mind," said Shelley. His disposition isn't a headache either. This time, I believe he will do something constructive.

Regardless of what other government officials may say, I always believe that Trump will act morally," Shelley remarked. He's not a doll.
